Shipping & Handling

 

We know how excited you are to receive your little one's special outfit! Because every tutu and birthday shirt at GobbleGum is personalized and made to order just for your celebration, our shipping process works a little differently than standard stores.

Please review our shipping policies below so you know exactly when to expect your party wear.

✂️ Processing Time (Making Your Outfit)

Before your order ships, it needs to be created!

  • Standard Processing: All custom tutus and personalized shirts require 1-5 business days to design, craft, and package.

  • Business Days: Please note that our processing time applies to business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Once your outfit is perfectly crafted and ready to go, it will be handed over to the carrier. 

  • Free Standard Shipping: Delivers in 3-5 business days after processing. 

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We highly recommend ordering well in advance of your event date!

📍 Order Tracking

As soon as your shipping label is printed and your package is ready to leave our shop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number so you can follow your GobbleGum package all the way to your doorstep. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, GobbleGum ships anywhere within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

🏡 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase! GobbleGum is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake right after placing your order, please contact us immediately at gobblegum.com@outlook.com and we will do our best to update it before the item goes into production.

🛑 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

While we do everything in our power to ensure your outfit arrives on time, once a package is handed over to the carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but is missing, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a solution!
