At GobbleGum, we want your little one to shine on their big day! Because our tutu outfits and birthday shirts are personalized and made-to-order specifically for your child, our return policy differs from a traditional retail store.
Please read our guidelines below before placing your order.
✅ Personalized & Custom Items
Because each item is custom-made with your child’s name, age, or specific design requests, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless there is a structural defect or an error made on our part.
We highly encourage you to:

Double-Check Spelling: Ensure all names and ages are spelled correctly in the personalization box. We will create your item exactly as it is written.
🛠️ Defects or Errors (Our Mistake)
We take great pride in our work, but we are human! If we sent the wrong size, misspelled a name that was provided correctly, or if the item arrived damaged, we will make it right.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the error is ours, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.
💰 Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
