Q: How do I personalize my item?
A: In the product page, there is a section where you can enter the text you want us to write on the item you’re purchasing.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free USPS First Class shipping storewide.
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: All items are handmade and we are shipping in 1-5 business days from the date of purchase. We ship Mon-Friday 9am-5pm CST. Orders received after the 2pm cut off, adds one day to the delivery estimate.
Q: How long does it take to receive?
A: Items arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping with USPS.
Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: We use USPS First Class Mail with tracking number.
Q: What is your Returns and Refunds policies?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless there is a structural defect or an error made on our part. You will receive a free return shipping label through email. Refunds take about 5 days to appear back into your original payment method.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We only ship within The United States at this time.
